Getting started

What is Sonirax?
Sonirax is a music app where you can stream music from open platforms and upload your own royalty-free tracks. It runs on the web, iOS, and Android from a single account.
How do I create an account?
Open the app and tap Sign up. Enter your name, email, and a password (at least 8 characters), then accept the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions to finish.
Is Sonirax free?
Yes. Sonirax is free to use, with an optional Premium plan that unlocks High and Lossless audio and offline downloads.
Which devices are supported?
Sonirax works in any modern web browser as a progressive web app, and as native apps for iOS and Android.

Playback & your library

How do I find and play music?
Use Search to find tracks, artists, and albums, or browse Home. Tap any track to start playback, and control it from the mini-player or the full Now Playing screen.
How do I like songs and build playlists?
Tap the heart to save a track to your Liked Songs. To make a playlist, go to Your Library, create a new playlist, and add tracks from the track menu.
Can I listen offline?
Yes — Premium members can download tracks for offline playback in the iOS and Android apps.
What audio quality can I get?
Free accounts stream at Normal quality. Premium adds High and Lossless. You can also enable Data Saver in Settings to use less data.

What does Premium include?
High and Lossless audio quality and offline downloads on mobile.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
Go to Settings → Subscription to upgrade to Premium or cancel at any time. Your changes take effect immediately.

Uploading your music

How do I upload a track?
Open Your Uploads and choose to upload a track, then add the audio file and details. You can set each upload to public or private.
What am I allowed to upload?
Only music you created yourself or have all the rights to distribute on a royalty-free basis. Uploading content you don't own is not permitted — see our Terms & Conditions for details.
Who can hear my uploads?
You decide per track. Public uploads can appear in search for everyone; private uploads stay in your own library. You can change visibility or delete an upload at any time from Your Uploads.

Account, privacy & safety

How do I report a song?
On the Now Playing screen, open the menu (the three dots) and choose Report. Pick a reason and add any details — our team reviews every report.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete account and confirm with your password. This permanently removes your profile, library, playlists, and all uploaded music, and cannot be undone.
How is my personal data handled?
We explain exactly what we collect and why in our Privacy Policy. If you're in the EEA you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.

Troubleshooting

A song won't play
Check your internet connection and try again. Some tracks may be temporarily unavailable from their source, or removed by a creator. If it keeps happening, let us know.
I can't sign in or forgot my password
Double-check your email and password. If you still can't get in, email info@sonirax.com from your account address and we'll help you recover access.
The app is slow or won't load
Refresh the page or restart the app, make sure you're on the latest version, and check your connection. Reinstalling usually clears up stubborn issues.
