These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Sonirax, operated by Escarcha Beheer B.V. By creating an account or using Sonirax, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Sonirax
Sonirax is a music-sharing and streaming platform that allows users to upload, publish, and listen to music.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use Sonirax.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- Keeping login credentials confidential
- All activities occurring under their account
4. Ownership of Uploaded Content
By uploading content to Sonirax, you represent and warrant that:
- You own all rights necessary to upload the content; or
- You have obtained all required permissions and licenses;
- The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties.
5. Royalty-Free Content Requirement
Sonirax is intended exclusively for music and audio content that the uploader is legally entitled to distribute.
By uploading content, you expressly confirm that:
- The uploaded work is your own original work, or you possess all necessary rights to distribute it;
- The content may be distributed on a royalty-free basis through Sonirax;
- No royalties, fees, licenses, collecting society payments, or other compensation are owed by Sonirax, Escarcha Beheer B.V., or Sonirax users as a result of hosting, streaming, distributing, or making the content available through the platform.
6. License Granted to Sonirax
By uploading content, you grant Sonirax a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Host
- Store
- Process
- Stream
- Reproduce
- Distribute
- Display
the content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Sonirax platform.
This license remains in effect until the content is removed from the platform, except where retention is legally required.
7. Prohibited Content
Users may not upload content that:
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Is unlawful
- Contains malware or malicious code
- Is fraudulent or deceptive
- Contains hate speech or promotes violence
- Violates privacy rights
- Violates applicable laws or regulations
8. Content Removal
Sonirax reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access at any time if we reasonably believe that content violates these Terms or applicable law.
9. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on Sonirax infringes your rights, please contact: info@sonirax.com
We may investigate and remove content where appropriate.
10. No Warranty
Sonirax is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Uninterrupted access
- Compatibility with all devices
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Escarcha Beheer B.V. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Sonirax during the preceding twelve months, or EUR 100 if no payments have been made.
12. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Escarcha Beheer B.V., its directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Uploaded content
- Violations of these Terms
- Violations of third-party rights
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if users violate these Terms or applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
